Production and Processing:
2 – 3 business days (in regular seasons) and more depending on holiday seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and then shipped the next day after the production and processing time.
Return & Refund Policy
If you’d wish to return an item to us, please safely pack the things within the primary packaging that came with the merchandise. All products must be returned in their original state.
If the products received are broken, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for instructions on replacement.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified or canceled. Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!
